Giveaway Session Policy:
Kelly LaPiana Photography is offering a free 30-minute session with 15 edited high-resolution images of the winner/ client's, at no cost to the winner. If the winner/client(s) wish to purchase additional images, they will be available through the photographer. The purpose of a Giveaway is for promotions and marketing of Kelly LaPiana Photography. It is with understanding from the winner/client(s) that the photos taken will be used for promotional purposes for upcoming events or sessions. Therefore, entrants must be at least 18 years of age. The photographer will hold the copyrights of all images and at no time will RAW or unedited photos be given. Under NO circumstances will the winner/client(s) alter, crop, or edit the images they receive from the photographer. The photographer will also furnish a copy of the print release to the winner/client(s), so he/she can print as needed.
